Shipping policy

Customers can choose their desired delivery date once you have added the items to your cart.

Delivery locations

  • Sharethelove.ae delivers to all emirates in the UAE
  • We do not yet ship internationally

Delivery Charges

  • Standard UAE Delivery Charges (Including Next-Day):
    • Standard Delivery costs AED 19 to any UAE location (Including next day delivery)
    • Chilled Delivery cost is AED 35 (All Flowers or Cakes orders)
    • Additional delivery fees may apply for rural areas
    • You can choose next-day delivery up until 5pm the night before.
  • Same-day UAE Delivery:
    • We use third-party couriers who can often accommodate same-day delivery for an additional charge.
    • Please contact us via email or Facebook chat to check if same-day is available - support@sharethelove.ae
    • The same-day delivery charge can vary depending on location, we will let you know the charge once you share your location.
    • Once we confirm same-day is available you can proceed with your order by selecting any delivery date. We will then email you a separate payment link of the additional charge to cover the same-day courier charges.
    • The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 3 pm in Dubai and 10 am for other emirates - Please do not select same-day delivery after this time.
    • Same-day delivery is available for greeting cards, balloons, chocolates, flowers and some food treats
  • We reserve the right to add additional charges for failed and rescheduled deliveries.

 

Delivery Details

  • Customers can choose their desired delivery date once you have added the items to your cart.
  • Our courier partners unfortunately cannot commit to delivering items at a customer's specific time.
  • Deliveries tend to occur between 8.30pm and 4pm, occasionally there may be delayed deliveries up until 7pm.
  • While we will try to deliver all of our orders on the specific date customers have requested. Please understand that we use 3rd party couriers and from time to time they experience issues which may cause a delay. We recommend to choose the delivery date 1 day early to avoid any disapointments.
  • Feel free to contact us on the day of delivery if you haven't heard from the courier partner by 2pm, we will then liaise with the courier's operations department to give you an update asap.
